At Routescan, we are building a high-performance multi-chain blockchain data platform where accuracy, consistency, and speed matter.

We are looking for a hands-on QA & Data Enrichment Operations Specialist to strengthen our daily quality and data enrichment operations. This role is for someone who enjoys bringing order to messy workflows, working directly on operational tasks, and improving systems while using them.

You will help organize how QA findings and data enrichment tasks are tracked, assigned, validated, resolved, and reported. You will work closely with QA contributors, developers, product stakeholders, and leadership to make sure work is clear, actionable, and completed to a high standard.

This is not a pure project-management role. We are looking for a smart, operational person who is comfortable getting hands-on, owning details, and progressively building scalable workflows from the ground up.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our QA/Data Enrichment Operations Specialist, you’ll own the operational structure and execution for a focused set of quality and enrichment workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain foundational team processes and workflows from scratch.
• Help evolve QA from a centralized review model into a distributed ownership model, where each team member is responsible for their findings through developer handoff, validation, and final completion review.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time visibility into workload, priorities, and duplication risk.
• Help define and coordinate scope and focus areas across team members based on workload, priorities, and individual strengths.
• Drive cross-team process improvements, including release gates and staging environment protocols.
• Lead and supervise the full deliverable lifecycle, document findings, coordinate dev-implemented solutions, report updates internally when needed, and communicate directly with partners when appropriate.

Internal operations:

• Author protocols, workflows, and documentation; run training calls and presentations for new processes.
• Build time-tracking and reporting systems from the ground up.
